SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1Notice of Foreclosure of Right to Redeem Take notice that:The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:All that certain tract, lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Peach, and in the City of Fort Valley therein, and being more particularly described as follows: To obtain the point or place of beginning, start at the intersection of the South right of way of Troutman Avenue and the West right of way of Oak Street and run thence North 34 02 44 West a distance of 42.14 feet TO THE POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING; and from said point or place of beginning, run thence South 56 00 49 West a distance of 169.89 feet to a point; thence South 33 59 07 East a distance of 91.07 feet to a point; thence North 55 09 03 East a distance of 170.00 feet to a point on the West right of way of Oak Street; thence North 34 02 44 West along the West right of Oak Street a distance of 88.51 feet to the point or place of beginning; all as is more fully shown and described as Lots 40, 41, and 42 in Block B of Oakland Heights Subdivision on that certain plat of survey prepared by James W. Newberry, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2558, dated April 24, 1994, and recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 49, Clerks Office, Peach County Superior Court; reference to said plat and the record thereof being incorporated herein and made a part of this description.
